About Ms. Barbara Good, CNM

 

Barbara Good, CNM, MSN, is a certified nurse midwife with over three decades of experience. She’s a proud member of the team of health care providers at May-Grant Obstetrics & Gynecology located in Lancaster, Elizabethtown, Columbia, Ephrata, Intercourse, Willow Street, and Lebanon, Pennsylvania, and sees patients at the practice’s office in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. In addition to her skills as a nurse midwife, she has subspecialty expertise in sexual dysfunction counseling.

Barbara graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. She spent 22 years in Washington D.C. with her husband and three sons before moving back to the county of her birth, Lancaster.

Barbara is passionate about promoting women’s health and empowering women through education to lead healthy lives. She is a specialist in women’s sexual health and childbirth.   Barbara is a member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives, the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health,  Nurse Practitioners for Women’s Health, and the North American Menopause Society.  

In her spare time, Barbara loves gardening, cycling, singing, and spending time with her granddaughters.
