Ashlyn does a great job of listening and finding a workaround when the exercise is not working for you. Her assignments have been very effective. Her explanations are clear and her manner encourages you to work on your issues.

Very knowledgeable, a very good therapist
Ashlyn checks all of the boxes in what you want with a medical provider. Extremely professional, knowledgable, well spoken, good bedside manner, good listener and overall awesome to work with. My situation is not straight forward and she has patiently worked with me to figure it all out and come up with sound solutions.
