Ashley is absolutely amazing. She listens attentively and offers solutions to medication concerns. She also takes great interest in your life concerns and explains some exercises (homework) that can help you tap into your deeper self so you can have more self awareness to conquer or better handle things your experiencing. I also see Stephanie weekly and she is equally amazing. The best thing I can say is that they give you exercises to help you get to the root of things not just a soundboard.

Ashley is great! She really listens to what you have to say and I felt that she considered all my needs and wants when prescribing my medication. We've only had 3 sessions and I already feel extremely comfortable with her. She's the first prescribing psychiatrist that I feel really listens and cares about me and my mental health and not just a quick "you're medicine is working? Great here's the next prescription, bye."
