Ashley Bailey-Classen is a quadruple board-certified interventional pain management physician. She graduated medical school from University of North Texas Health Science Center - Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then moved north of the Red River to complete an anesthesiology residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. After her time in Oklahoma, she then traveled to Ohio to complete a pain medicine fellowship at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic. She is a Diplomate of both the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology. She is also Board Certified in Pain Management by both the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology. After completing her training she returned to her home state of Texas to join Trinity Interventional Pain and Spine. She has a heart to view the patient as a whole and not just a collection of symptoms. Her goals are to not only relieve her patients of their pain but also return them to an improved level of functionality. In her spare time, she can be found among her horses and her dog in the barn.

Dr. Ashley is wonderful she explains everything in great detail and I would recommend her to anyone. Everyone there in the Ft Worth office are all so nice and very friendly.

Dr. ABC was the most thoughtful and thorough pain mgt doc I have ever seen. She gathered all the info and evaluated, sending me to get testing right away. She was even interested to look into decade old medical records to investigate my condition on another level. She went over and beyond! I am greatly appreciative of her kindness and expertise!!!
Dr was very patient and explained everything and listened to my questions. She made it easy to talk with. Not in a hurry to leave like most Dr offices are. The staff was very nice which says alot about how the office runs. You felt comfortable and listened too.
When I arrived the lady at the front desk wasn’t pleasant or helpful at all, I was ready to cancel my appointment after dealing with her, after I called my doctor and got things figured out I went back with a nurse who was very pleasant and patient she made me feel a lot better. Spoke with the doctor and she was wonderful!

I'm very impressed what's her attentiveness with her advice I'm coming along slowly but surely she helped me to understand my condition and I must be patient because it takes time to heal I'm glad I found her I still have pain but not as excruciating with her help I'm in the position to start rehabbing myself and getting my body back in condition do I know it's going to take some time but I truly appreciate her concern

I have had the best experience! I didn’t believe taking me off most of my meds would make me feel better but I gave it a shot and I feel so much better! I had pin point injections today and feel so much better and she walked me through everything and made sure I understood everything before and as she went!
It is always such a pleasant experience going to Dr. Ashley Bailey-Classen's office, even going there in pain. She continues to work with me to help me function more normally and in less pain. I highly recommend her and her staff to anyone needing pain relief.
