Ariel is adept at understanding what I am experiencing and identifying the appropriate types and amounts of medication to help me function easier during an incredibly difficult time in my life. Ariel is also kind and has a pleasant disposition so I am comfortable being open with her about my concerns and symptoms.
She made my visit very comfortable and that’s hard for me to fill.
The woman taking messages is extremely rude and made excuses, instead of being compassionate, about not returning messages or following up with messages when I was having problems getting my prescription sent to the pharmacy. I had to walk in the office to get them to send my prescription in, almost 2 weeks later. Now, I received an EOB from my insurance saying the provider is out of network even though I requested, and received confirmation that they were in network, before my appointment was scheduled. Mental health offices should be run by people who care about their clients, regardless of their position.

Ariel is phenomenal!!! She listens, is very helpful and has the best interest in what I’m dealing with mentally. Researches what is the best for my diagnosis, rather than just throwing a ton of meds at me like other providers have in the past. Very professional!!!
