I want to describe my experience from the moment you enter the reception, but first I will make a brief preamble: The people who attend the consultation are patients, who feel worried or sick and obviously need a doctor. Finding a friendly face that welcomes you strengthens the soul, Mrs. Kelly, with all the respect she deserves for her work, must improve her attitude towards any patient who comes to the consultation, regardless of their race. Personally, in my first contact with her, I I felt attacked by her tone of voice, I felt her annoyance because I barely understood what she was saying to me in English and raising her tone of voice was not going to make me understand, with a good human resource at hand Ana, who is a beautiful kind person, with an appropriate tone of voice... who is bilingual, you should take advantage of it. The doctor is very professional.. great person.. good doctor!!! With ethical professional..
