I met Dr Antonina Camarata during a very painful episode, where I was not my bubbly sparkly self. I was immediately reassured by his explanation of what was going on and what to expect. I felt completely at ease in his care. AfterShow more surgery, he took the time to give me a thumbs up and helped me on my way to recovery. One week later I was thrilled to meet him in a much happier space! He was funny, caring and Informative. 5* For this wonderful doctor!

I couldn't be any more pleased with my experience. His entire staff was "Top-Notch". Then Dr. Cammarata made some serious exceptions to ACCOMMODATE my unique circumstances. If I had two Gall Bladders I know where I'd be getting Show more#2 looked after...

About Dr. Antonino Cammarata, DO

Dr. Antonino Cammarata is a board-certified general surgeon that has over 19 years of experience specializing in a laparo-endoscopic and robotic surgery. He served in the US Army Reserves as a weapons sergeant in Special Forces. Dr. Cammarata earned his Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University (Go Sun Devils!). After graduation, he stayed local and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Midwestern University. After graduating, Dr. Cammarata moved to New Jersey where he completed his internship and surgical residency training, including a year as Chief Surgical Resident at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. While in New Jersey he met his wife who is an Emergency Medicine Physician. Dr. Cammarata worked at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center for 2 years prior to returning to Arizona's warmer climate. Dr. Cammarata enjoys hunting, fishing, and exploring the desert with his wife, Genna and their children.

Wonderful and professional treatment. Personalized. The nurse assistant to the doctor has a great attitude, was informative and prepared me to meet with the doctor. She looks like she enjoys what she does. The doctor removed my post operative drain and rebandaged me well. He answered our questions thoroughly and gave us his undivided time. The front staff is also positive and upbeat, professional and warm to work with.
