Annie was not only affirming and welcoming, but knowledgeable of quite a few of the slew of my rare chronic illnesses. Annie was respectful of my gender identity, pronouns, and preferred name. Annie never once judged me or sounded critical of my healthcare decisions, in fact I felt an energy of affirming excitement and solidarity from Annie. Ann is focused on improving my health care and goes above and beyond to make sure I am being supported in finding answers to health care issues that crop up if she doesn't have the answer , Ann will find someone who does .
