I have been going to Dr Strickland and Jackie Benjamin for years now. They are so sweet and kind. They listen to what I’m saying and they care. Today I saw Dr Strickland and I had an issue with my meds. I texted her and she text rShow moreight back not many Dr offices would do that. I highly recommend Strickland Cox and associates. Dr. Strickland is were it's at for you and your family. Been with her for over 5 years and haven't had a problem yet. The atmosphere, environment and employees care about their patients especially Dr. Strickland and APRN Elliott Cox
I bought in a family member who was in dire need. My prior experience with providers made me feel like, take a ticket and take a seat. The experience we had with Dr Strickland was exactly what we needed. She listened tentatively while asking questions and was on point with what was needed. When we left she clearly had a game plan and had wheels rolling before we left the office! I am so grateful and Thankful for what she did in one day after seeking for months! I PRAY God Blesses her!

I felt very comfortable as soon as I walked through the doors. And the Doctor was very nights and took her time to explain everything although I couldn't get the treatment because of my heart. I'm hoping my cardiologist. Will approve of it and let me begin. Taking spavardo

Front office staff not friendly at all, very grumpy. They make you feel like you're an inconvenience to them (this is over the phone as well as in the office). The look on their faces is like they definitely don't want to be there. I've never seen any of them with a pleasant, receptive look on their faces. They're the faces of the business, they need to remember that.

Dr. Strickland has a great bedside manner. She is easy to talk to and you can tell she listens. In this day and age a good rapport with your physician is essential in maintaining good health. She has been in healthcare long enough to know what good care is yet young enough not to be stubbornly set in her ways to be open to new potential treatments.
