Dr. Jacob is an outstanding podiatrist. I came to her about 3 months after sustaining an injury to my foot, after being told by several doctors and another podiatrist that it was just a sprain. By the time I found Dr.Jacob, I waShow mores tired of being in pain and needed answers. She immediately got to the root of the cause, saw I had broken a small piece of bone when others couldn’t see it. She tried a number of remedies before deciding ultimately, I would need surgery. It was a quick process and she kept me well informed about the procedure and healing journey. I’m now going on three months post-op, and feeling 10x better than I did before surgery. I am so thankful for Dr Jacob and her medical team. They are all patient, kind and compassionate and I would recommend her to anyone having foot issues.

Dr. Jacob, originally from Milton, Wisconsin, received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin in Whitewater. She continued her education at Kent State University in Cleveland, Ohio, earning her doctorate from the College of Podiatric Medicine. During her residency, Dr. Jacob trained extensively at the University Hospitals and Cleveland Clinic during her schooling, as well as at Ascension St. John Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. She now teaches surgical residents in the metropolitan Detroit area.
Following residency, Dr. Jacob studied advanced surgical techniques, including minimally invasive surgery and ankle joint replacements. She is especially interested in pediatrics, ankle replacements, reconstructive surgery, complex foot and ankle deformities, and arthroscopic procedures.
Dr. Jacob enjoys art, hiking, archery, and gardening when not caring for her patients. She is married and has many pets.

Wonderful experience at this practice. Dr. Jacob took the time to explain the situation thoroughly and gave us some conservative options. She has a wonderful personality and makes you feel at ease. Wish we had known of her sooner!
