After completing Medical school, Internal Medicine residency, and fellowship training in Neurology from India, she came to the United States for further specialization. In the United States, she completed her residency in Neurology at the prestigious Duke University Medical Center, in Durham, NC and pursued further sub-specialty training in Epilepsy at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. Dr. Gupta is a very nice person. But I feel she did not listen to me well. I was told I did not have polyneuropathy, and I do. I’ve been tested and also I have Derums disease and I’ve been diagnosed with that. From very trustworthy doctors. She focused on weight and exercise. Which I already know and I’m going through the weight loss surgery. Some diseases you need medication’s for not just natural stuff. She was trying to discredit my doctor’s, who have done extensive testing and known me for longer. I came for help and got a lecture on how to lose weight. And what to eat. She’s not a neurologist to me. She’s more like a holistic doctor. I know how I feel how much suffering and pain I’ve gone through over the years. I’ve had this pain back when I was skinny and young. If you want a Neurologist go some where else.
