I have had ankylosing spondylitis since childhood. Like most women, I’ve been misdiagnosed until 2 years ago and finally put on a biologic. Fortunately, I’ve been going to pain management Doctors for the last 20 years to try to puShow moret off surgery as the techniques used by orthopedic and neurological surgeons improved. When surgery could no longer be avoided, I interviewed 3 surgeons that other exceptional Doctors recommended to me. It was immediately clear to me that Dr Park was the only choice. He combines his exceptional knowledge with the information obtained from the patient and imaging. While other surgeons told me what they would do, they failed to obtain information from me, explain why they recommended surgery, or share my imaging so I could see what they were talking about. In addition, his office is run far better than those of other Doctors. The care received in the hospital is also exceptional with attention paid to both preventing and alleviating pain. I give Dr Park my highest recommendation. He and his staff will treat you like a respected friend with none of the aloofness and vanity expressed by other highly trained surgeons.

Dr. Andrew Park is a physician with a sense of balance and purpose in almost any situation. Dr. Andrew Park graduated with his medical degree from Northwestern University in 1997 and completed his residency at Rush Presbyterian, St. Luke's Medical Center, Chicago, IL in 2002. His spine fellowship was completed in 2003 at Emory University Spine Center and he is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Park founded the only spine fellowship program based in Dallas and was recognized by the North American Spine Society. He proudly serves as Fellowship Director for the Dallas Spine Fellowship Program. Dr. Park has been named one of the top 100 Spine Surgeons and Specialists in America by Becker’s Orthopedic, Spine, and Pain Management Review.
In addition to teaching other surgeons at various seminars and symposiums, he has published original research in numerous peer-reviewed journals with regard to orthopedic surgery and spine surgery. He has been honored as one of the "Best Doctors in Dallas" for 2016 and 2017.

This is the best care and compassion that you can get. The staff is extraordinary. The care is wonderful and his skills as a surgeon are incredible. I have had four procedures, and everyone has worked out perfectly.
