Personable, takes time to answer my questions, if she doesn't know, she Googles it then and there. She never rushed the appoinShow moretment, and takes time to hear how I'm feeling. She is knowledgeable about procedures and medications and diagnosis.

Board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Andrew Khoury, MD specializes in anesthesiology and interventional pain management. He is the founder of Advanced Spine and Pain Specialists in Spring and Liberty, Texas, and has a passion for treating various chronic pain conditions. Dr. Khoury has extensive experience in minimally invasive techniques to treat pain at the source, including kyphoplasty, dorsal root ganglion and dorsal column spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, intrathecal pump therapy and indirect lumbar decompression for spinal stenosis. Dr. Khoury also utilizes his skill set as an anesthesiologist to implement a robust ketamine infusion protocol for intractable pain conditions. With multiple publications of his own research and several years of volunteer work, Dr. Khoury has worked alongside peers in his field with patients to help them achieve a high quality of life.
Dr. Khoury began his many years of education at the University of Houston where he earned his bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering. He stayed in the city of Houston to complete his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston followed by a general surgery internship at Baylor College of Medicine. In 2015, he moved to Galveston, Texas to complete his anesthesiology residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch. He subsequently joined the prestigious Pain Medicine group at the University of Florida to complete a multidisciplinary pain fellowship, focusing on advanced interventional and minimally invasive techniques to treat complex pain conditions.
Today, Dr. Khoury holds memberships with many esteemed societies and associations of his peers, including the American Society of Pain and Neuroscience, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, Texas Pain Society, and the Texas Medical Association. Through these, he stays abreast of the latest advancements and treatments in the field of pain management.
When Dr. Khoury isn’t at the office educating patients and helping them choose the best treatments, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, working out, skiing and traveling.

Very friendly. The whole staff makes you feel at ease
Was not informed prior to appointment that services are not covered by insurance. Most of the lengthy pre appointment questions (which had to be completed on my cell phone :~/) had nothing to do with my visit. Possibly a smaller/different set of paperwork for people not seeking drug treatment.

Short waiting time for the appointment. Dr. Clearly had studied my history and images. Was most willing to answer questions. I felt listened to and respected. No sense of being rushed through the consultation. Would encourage others with pain issues to consult with Dr. Khoury.

This was my first visit with Dr. Khoury and his medical staff. They made me feel comfortable in my wait time and my office visit. I have to return to his office to get help for my pain, etc. (In Office Injection procedure)... When I had to modify my next appointment, his medical assistant was kind and helpful. I wish he had more available openings for in office procedure slots. But after talking to him, he has given me some things to do to ease my pain (Pinched Nerves

I am waiting on my procedure on Friday. Hope things are much better after that. The staff was great and Dr Khoury told me everything that was going on.
