Andrew Boltuch, DO is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in shoulder and elbow surgery. He received his medical degree from NOVA Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Orthopedic Residency training at Largo Medical Center .Dr. Boltuch then completed his shoulder and elbow fellowship at the Holy Cross Orthopaedic Institute under the guidance of Jonathan Levy, MD. After his fellowship, he was accepted to the Alps Surgery Institute in Annecy, France, for an Advanced Arthroscopic Shoulder and Upper Extremity Fellowship with world-renowned surgeons Laurent and Thibault Lafosse, MD.
Dr. Boltuch specializes in primary and complex surgeries of the upper extremity. This involves arthroscopic, open, and advanced reconstruction techniques to treat a wide range of pathology associated with the upper limb.He also employs the use of cutting-edge preoperative planning software to customize total and reverse shoulder replacements unique to each patient’s particular needs.Common conditions Dr. Boltuch treats include rotator cuff tears, osteoarthritis, tendonitis, shoulder instability, labrum tears, tendon ruptures, upper extremity fractures, trigger finger, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
He is also highly involved in research,using his broad academic background to author multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals on the subjects of shoulder and hand surgery.He has presented this research at both national and international meetings and has received recognition for his work. Dr. Boltuch enjoys teaching and is an Associate Professor for the Orthopedic residency program at Largo Medical Center. His involvement in education and academics is reflected by his evidence-based approach to treating orthopedic pathologies.

Dr. Williams appears to do his best at determining what the problem is and how to solve it. Even when he is wrong in his diagnosis he still gives it the old college try at trying to figure it out.
Professional, thorough, understanding

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Williams for several years and as always, my most recent experience exceeded my expectations. It’s hard to imagine how surgery could be a pleasant experience, but under Dr. Williams’ care, I don’t think it could be any better. The staff, Anesthesiologist, assistants, etc are all kind, patient, and professional. I leave without any unanswered questions and with a full understanding of what to expect for next steps. And of course, I can’t forget the kindest finishing touch, being sent off with a beautiful plant/floral arrangement complete with a Get Well card from Dr. Williams himself. Highly recommend.
New procedure for trigger finger was performed by Dr Williams. He was wonderful and so was his assistant. They made me feel comfortable and secure in the procedure!
