My experience was great, however, the reception at triage need to upgrade their attitude and take a course in client and customer service management. I love the doctor and she took good care of me. I was joking with the Sonogram lShow moready from Russia and she has a nasty attitude. OH please , we are all women for God sake !! I never show my work attitude and ego, I try to go to their level ! Also asked the girl to send my medicine to my new pharmacy but she didn’t want to listen and take notes , she said yes it was sent there , when I went it was not sent ! I got a text from my old pharmacy, CVS that it was sent there ! Some of you need to grow up and act mature ! Smile and be happy with your job and if you don’t like the heat , get out of the kitchen !
The staff was polite and efficient addressing my problem with due diligence.Physical environment although crowded with obviously satisfied customers was very clean and well ventilated,.The examinations were performed with my rangShow moree of comfort addressed and appropriate referral for follow up prepared .It was overall a good experience and I would recommend their service to anyone requiring a comprehensive evaluation

Showed up early, was not seen until 1 hour after my appointment time. Was asked multiple times why I was there even though I clearly told the triage and filled out documentation properly and wasn’t even seen by Doctor Olanescu.
i was always searching for a gynecologist after 2020 since mine retired. I came here since then, I will never change this place. I moved to woodhaven but I dont mind coming to Astoria for my check ups. They really care for their patients

First time visit was good and they take good care do the patient.
I was seen other doctor without being notified. Although, that doctor was truly wonderful. She was so thoughtful and supportive, so I was very happy with that doctor and I’d have been totally satisfied only if I didn’t have to wait almost 3 hours to see her. We all have appointments and I was there BEFORE my appointment. That was really disrespectful to my time and my commitment to be there on time. If my doctor was too busy or not available, they should let me know, then I can plan accordingly.
Dr Olanescu is the best, she always listen and answer your questions, takes time to talk to you Fersana (sorry if Iam misspelled her name) was so gentle and kind The team is nice and patient and always with a smile.

Dr. Olaneacu is a wonderful doctor with excellent bedside manners. From my first appointment Dr. Olaneasu was patient with me, answered all of my questions and she was very thorough will all follow up appointments. Her staff Syeda was also patient and very helpful.

Dr. Completely avoided me to be seen by her although I made the appointment for her, which is fabricated lie. The receptionist Daniela is a disgust to this practice who has no experience with patients she is rude, unprofessional fat ugly unethical unprofessional animal working with patients in health care it says a lot about who she is and is not trust worthy to deal with customer service and code of ethics
Receptionist Daneila chubby woman with ponytail was recording me at the front desk with her phone began to shout, be disrespectful, discriminatory, rude, unethical, unprofessional, unwelcoming and unfriendly to be working in a health care setting, she needs to be fired immediately

To much lazy stuff.if Appointment 11 am you will see the doctor after 4/5 hours later. It is really bad. I am very tired and upset about the fact.
