Due to the nature of my current treatment, I have been working directly with the nurse, Deb. She is an absolute gem to work with. She always has a smile on her face when I walk into the door and is very friendly/takes her time durShow moreing our appointments. I have never felt rushed. She loves to hear about my progress and gets excited when I hit my goals. Deb is a great member of the Complete Rural Medicine team.
Staff is very caring & feel like family/friends. I can always get in to see them, usually the same day I call. They listen carefully and respond to my knowledge & assessments. Ana is great. She does a wonderful job a listening to me and my concerns. She takes her time with me every time I am in there. Also both of the nurses there are great as well. I love going there and they always make me feel welcome.

Very kind, polite and really appeared interested in me as a patient. Had good eye contact. Checked my Pulse, Blood Pressure and finger Sat. but am surprised provider did not check my Heart and listen to my Lungs. Appreciated her following up on my med. refills and when my next Colonoscopy is due.

I just established care at this facility; however, this is the first appointment in months that has provided any sort of progress. My concerns were listened to, and some testing was performed to start the process of identification/elimination. I am pleased so far.
