She has helped me reframe negative thought patterns by educating me on tools to confront negative self talk and not allow myself to spiral into darkness. SesShow moresions feel like I am talking to a well educated; concerned friend who both listens intently and gives exceptional advice. Ambresha obtained her undergraduate degree from Liberty University where she earned a bachelor's in social work, after receiving an honorable discharge from the United States Army. She went on to pursue her master's degree in social work, with a clinical area of focus; and is currently licensed in the state of Texas and Maryland.
