This experience has been the best experience I’ve had with an urgent care. It was clean. We are in the peak of “sick” season and the wait time was little to none. The staff were clean and friendly. They all worked well as a team aShow morend were extremely efficient. Amber collaborated with me about my son’s care. Making me feel heard. The care was thorough.
First time today at the clinic and I loved it. Front staff was pleasant and accommodating. In and out in 45 minutes from car and back in car. Amber was fantastic! She treated my problem, answered my questions , and was not rushedShow more. I will return.

My absolutely love Hometown health! They are so friendly an helpful, there isn't a long wait time. Very convenient to have them just around the corner so we don't have to drive to the city. Staff is amazing, and clean environment.

The office assistance and doctor visit was fine, but it was a bad time to be at the office due to all the flu/respiratory cases in the waiting room (6 or 7).
