At first, I was very nervous about meeting in a virtual setting. She is so attentive with eye contact, she is focused on me and our conversation. She answers questions in such a kind and positive way. For my follow up, she really followed up! She mentioned my previous concerns and gave my great feedback and hope for continued support.
