He is very compassionate, caring, and most important very professional. as a cardiac nurse myself who has practiced cardiovascular for 40 years I could not have asked for a more resouShow morerceful cardiovascular physician . As the years went by the relationship that developed was phenomenal. I found I could ask him anything medically. He also helped me considerably as I retired from the profession. Naturally, I was sadden to hear he also was going to retire! He put me at ease as I faced cardiac issues. Happy Retirement Dr. Teltzer. Amanda Berg, MD, is a skilled, board-certified internist at AssociatesMD in Plantation, Florida.
Originally from Michigan, Dr. Berg completed medical school in Detroit at Wayne State University, then moved to New Orleans for her intern year at Tulane. After Hurricane Katrina, she returned to Detroit and finished her residency training at the Detroit Medical Center. Following her training, she followed the rest of her family to Florida for the sun and warm weather.
Dr. Berg is passionate about metabolic syndrome, including elevated cholesterol, diabetes, and hypertension, often working closely with patients on diet and nutrition to help improve these medical conditions. She has been practicing medicine for over 10 years and feels comfortable treating many medical problems. She will go out of her way to ensure her patients always get 100% of her attention, and she treats every patient like family.

Dr Berg is a rockstar physician. She is very personable, informative and exercise great bedside manners. She is one of the very few doctors I visit that I am always happy to see. I love her great personality and kindhearted spirit. She is the BEST!

Dr Berg is one of the best doctors I have been to. She is professional, thorough, does not resort to prescriptions for every ailment but tries to get to the source. Also, unusual in these days she is always on time. Her nurse assistant is lovely also.
I have been Doctor: Matthew Teltser patient for over 37 years and I have followed him to all locations he has worked, because he is a doctor who truly care about his patients health and well being. Dr: Teltser is the most caring doctor I have seen, he is meticulous and extremely professional. Great addition to the practice since Dr. H left. He talks with you as a patient, and he shares his knowledge. As a nurse, I feel good having him as the captain of my medical health. I hope the management of this medical practice supports him.

She spends time reviewing your labs and wants to know how she can help in your mental, physical and family life care. She is a rare gem.
