Found Elite Rapid Care and Dr. Amal Obaid-Schmid, at a time when I wasn't being treated right by another medical facility. I was feeling very sick and discouraged when I arrived. But within minutes, the girls in the front offiShow morece were smiling and friendly, offered water, and then I then met Dr. Amal. She is kind, listens, doesnt rush, really wants to get to know you, and help with your condition. She gave me hope that I will be on my way to feeling better than I have in a long time. Thank you.
Dr Obaid reminds me of what personalized medical care ideally should strive to be which is expertise, excellence in patient interaction, empathy with the commitment to provide excellent treatment for the whole patient. PersonallShow morey, she referred me to specialists, contacting them on a Saturday to expedite a course of treatment that will provide me with the best doctors in their respective fields. Truly a caring person. Dr Obaid has insured me that she will be with me every step of the way.

Dr OS and her support staff were very compassionate. As I requested, Dr OS explained every step of the treatment before she began and while she cared for me. I felt reassured and confident in her care.

I saw NP Jamie Ebnother tonight just before closing and it was a wonderful first visit at ERC! The facility is relatively new, bright & clean, the med tech was friendly and efficient, and NP Jamie understood my complaint and the route I wanted to take for care. I will definitely return for future care!
I had a fantastic experience at this urgent care center. Dr. Amal Obaid-Schmid was incredibly caring and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. I had been struggling with an abscess that started causing pain, and after multiple frustrating experiences at CareNow, I was relieved to find a new urgent care that truly cared. The facility was spotless, and the staff was exceptionally kind. I'm so glad I made the switch!
I was very impressed with Elite Rapid Care. I went to them after a Google search to find an urgent care that has x-rays on sight. The staff was outstanding and provided great service. They were very efficient to get me out timely with feeling so sick. The facilities are beautiful and a true one stop shop. I've already referred a family member after my first visit and would recommend to everyone!
