I have been bringing my two sons to Dangond’s Pediatric for the past nine years, and we have always had a positive experience with Dr Dangond and associates. His care and dedication have been nothing short of amazing. However, I wanted to share some concerns regarding our most recent visit. Since COVID, we have noticed a gradual decline with the delays and office staff. After scheduling my son’s physical a month in advance, we were informed upon arrival that there would be a 1-2 hour wait time. While I understand that delays can happen, we were not notified in advance, which left us unprepared for such a long wait. When I inquired about the wait time, I was confronted by the office manager, who identified herself as Dr. Dangond’s wife. Unfortunately, the interaction was quite unpleasant. She questioned why we had scheduled a physical in the afternoon, suggesting it was our fault for choosing the busiest time. She also questioned why we had chosen to schedule in July instead of June. Her tone was dismissive and unprofessional, leaving us feeling undervalued as patients. While we greatly appreciate the care we receive from Dr. Dangond, the experience with the office staff was disappointing. The attitude and professionalism of the staff are crucial to the overall patient experience, and unfortunately, this interaction fell far below the standard we have come to expect. Had we been informed of the potential delays, we would have planned accordingly or rescheduled the appointment to avoid any inconvenience. I hope that this feedback can be used constructively to improve communication and patient care in the future. As to my family, we will not be returning, nor recommending this practice.

We recently switched over and I’m so glad I did. The office is always super clean and there are two separate lobbies for sick and healthy babies. The staff is always very helpful. Most importantly the doctors are very knowledgeable, patient, and sympathetic. I’ve been able to walk in with out an appointment and see a doctor. Overall so far a great experience.

Dr. Dangond is an exceptional pediatrician who has been caring for my children for the past 15 years. His dedication, passion, love, and extensive knowledge are evident in every interaction. I trust him completely. On multiple occasions, he has proven to be correct, even when other specialists disagreed. I highly recommend Dr. Dangond and his practice to anyone seeking the best care for their children's health.
This is a great practice, very professionals, kind, knowledgeable, speak multiple languages, but I think doctors should stay longer with kids and parents in the rooms explaining your child sickness or illness, once you are in the room and the nurse did the initial check up ( temp, high, etc..) you wait for over 20min to see the doctors and in less than 2 min doctor is gone. I always end up going to google to answer my questions I never had the chance to ask the doctors and is free. I’m paying xxx amount of money for less than 2 min consult.

The best pediatrician office in Miami. Dr. Alvaro Dangond and Dr. Laura Vazquez are amazing doctors. They truly care for their patients. They are knowledgeable, caring, patient and very professional. The Office Manager and staff are friendly, professional and caring as well. The waiting time is standard for a doctor's office. Dr. Dangond and Dr. Vazquez are my kids' doctors for more than 13 years and I will never change Pediatricians/Doctor's Office.

Dr. Dangond and his office are top notch! I never have an issue getting the kids seen whether it’s an emergency or regular visits. Doc calls himself if there are any concerns or test results. I’m so happy to have found this office.

The accessibility to Dr Dangond is worth a million bucks! We have never had any issues getting our kids in when they need to see him and have always felt very confident in his care.
