Alyssa is a great asset to the counseling profession. Combining her multi-faceted approach to counseling, using somatic, mindfulness, CBT techniques (just to name a few), Alyssa covers all bases in looking for the best way to help client meet long and short-term goals. She is someone who LEGITIMATELY cares… which is actually quite rare in this profession. Alyssa’s empathy, unconditional positive regard, and unique approach to counseling has made me feel safe enough to tackle anything!! The best!
