Allyson has a depth of knowledge in her field and delivers it in laymen's language that will make sense to you. Her skill lies in using CBT therapy and associating it with your life experiences which will make sense of the trama you are facing. Therapy is not easy but with Allyson's help I feel like I'm not walking thru the dark tunnel alone.
