Allison is an amazing healthcare provider. She actually listens to what you are saying and has eye contact with you as you are talking to her vs the laptop . She is very professional and informed about all areas of the body not juShow morest one, and is capable of managing all areas of the body and if not does feel comfortable with what she can offer for treatment , she does not hesitate to refer you out. She does not just write out rx she works with you to determine the best course of treatment . Compared with the first time I got care at this facility my experience today was much better. I recall 2 years ago I didn’t like the check in experience. I recall the 2 individuals back then at the check in were not even close to Show morehow friendly the young associate was today. Also the assistant and Allison herself were very friendly and seemed to genuinely care. I felt really taken care of and heard.
Allison Hutcheson was born and raised in Greenville, SC. She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of South Carolina and a Master's Degree in Nursing from Clemson University.
Prior to coming to work at Grace, Allison worked in the Emergency Department for over six years. She comes from a large family (which includes two cats). In her free time she enjoys traveling, reading, hiking with her husband, and spending time with her church community.
Allison believes in caring for the patient as a whole person—body, mind, and spirit. She values the patient’s input as part of establishing a comprehensive and individualized treatment plan and desires to help improve their health and wellness.

If you’re looking for a doctor, that really cares about her patience, Dr.Allison Hutchinson is the one!! From my first visit with me and my daughter she has been so kind and caring and really makes you feel good about yourself. I love Dr. Allison. She’s very patient and caring. She knows her patients by name and she always takes time to listen. She remembers where I work and always gives me positive and encouraging words. I appreciate her taking time to remember the little things. This is a great practice and I highly recommend it.
It’s always a pleasure visiting Grace Internal Medicine. Allison is very attentive, understanding, and really wants to get you the root cause of the problem. Kelly the phlebotomist is awesome, she’s very careful and considerate. I mean from the front desk associates to Dr. Buffaloe himself they are all very professional, compassionate, and caring I’m so glad I chose Grace Internal Medicine as mine and my favorite primary care provider.
