I have a hereditary RA disease. I have been under a Ruematoligist for over 7 years trying so many medications that have not worked. I had multiple MRIs. I could not stand or walk without incredible pain because of an herniated disc. My experience was great but unfortunately 3 weeks after surgery and after taking a steroid pack for inflammation. I still have the same pain in my left foot.

Dr. Mesiwala spent extra time with me and recommended no surgery with such detail that I understand why I’m not a great surgical candidate at this time. He’s not a surgeon who will operate on every patient he sees, which I believe to be a big consideration when determining whether to have or not have a huge surgery such as a fusion or a disc replacement.
I’ve been seen by Dr. Mesiwala twice; then he reduced days in Rancho Cucamonga to once a week; now does phone appointments for RC. I like the doctor but wish he were local and available for office visits here.
