My visit there today felt like a breath of fresh air. I decided to go today since my family Dr/Clinic is not really doing much with how I’m feeling .. the front desk was very nice and welcoming, Dr. Loera was very pleasant and caShow morering. I will definitely be going back when needed.
A very kind Doctor with a great bedside manner he answers all your questions with interest in what you are dealing with. Margo his assist is awesome. They are both very professional. Thank you urgent care .

I went in was greeted immediately from a very nice lady. Did my paper work and before I was done signing papers they were ready for me to go back to a room! Amazing!! That never happens. The nurse was awesome and very helpful. The Doc came in, he was thorough and asked/answered questions. This is the place to go! Just FYI they will be moving soon so make sure you keep up to date on when and where. Amazing, friendly people!!

My experience at Summitview Urgent Care was impressive & this was our 2nd positive experience in a row. Online scheduling worked great. I was seen quickly upon arriving, diagnosed properly & the medication was dispensed to pharmacy quickly, starting my path to recovery. Within 12 hours I was feeling better. In Feb., had a visit with my wife. Doctor on hand was concerned, sent us to the emergency room, with expectation of pneumonia - which ended up being the case. 2 nights in hospital. Thx SUC!
I live close and it was after 7 when i went for the exam I had a very sore throat. Help and diagnosis was quick and nurse and front persons were very professional and friendly .This was the first time at the office. Id go again if needed ifter most dr offices.

Very caring folks & they all wore pleasant countenances . A smile makes a huge difference in conveying comfort & compassion especially as a patient at a doctor visit.
My meeting with Dr. Alfredo Loera was awesome! I was treated with the utmost respect. He truly LISTENED to me and frequently said, "I understand" which made me feel he was really listening to me. I did not feel 'rushed' as I explained to him my concerns. He showed heart-felt concern for my situation and seemed eager to address my concerns. I found Dr. Alfredo to be very knowledgeable, caring, and comforting. He also has a good sense of humor! And what he prescribed for me, worked! ~Pam

Fred is attentive and caring. He treated me with patience and respect and listened to what I had to say. He diagnosed my illness and provided appropriate treatment. We were visiting the area from out of town and were very grateful to get excellent medical care away from home.
On Saturday, July 20, I had a health concern and 1st drove the Memorial Hospital ER. I saw 15 to 20 patients waiting to be seen, so my wife recommended Summitview Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, at reception, they were very warm and helpful. The paperwork process was simple. The assistant who took me to the room for vitals and questions was just a nice, and professional. Alfredo was caring, asked many questions trying to zero in on my diagnosis. Great communication and care.
