Alex really takes the time to listen and gives different ways of thinking about things and approaching life.
Alex has been nothing short of great. He actively listens and allows us to try to work out issues on our own before adding input(unless we cannot talk it out ourselves) He has helped my partner and I to improve on our communication and help us understand each other in ways that makes sense to our "learning" methods.
Alex is patient and offers great insights. He challenged me to become the best me that I can be

I really like working with Alex. He is super friendly. However, sometimes when I am talking to him it feels like he is not listening. Hi is indeed listening, but he gives the appearance that he is bored and not listening.
Empathy is outstanding and also his patience. Hears and seems to understand where I am coming from. When I go west he brings me back to the now!
