Great experience! I had several procedures done on my nose to bring my breathing to a good place. You hear stories about sinus surgery so at 68 yo I was wary. Along with Dr McKinlay the staff at the surgical center were lovelyShow more, friendly and professional. After waking from the surgery I was already pleased. I never experienced any severe pain. There was swelling and discomfort but for me this was better than what I expected. Stints were removed a week after surgery and it's great.
Dr. McKinlay bedside manner is exemplary. He takes time to answer any & all questions. After surgery, he took time to contact the patient, to see how the patient was doing and if the patient has any questions or concerns. Dr MShow morecKinlay promptly answered all questions & concerns. His office staff was extremely polite and resourceful; each of them communicating weekly; obtaining vital patient information & sending schedule reminder for both surgery and post surgery.

Dr. McKinlay is not only a great doctor who takes time to explain procedures and expected outcomes, he is gentle, caring, technically skilled and a patriot who served 24 years in the military. His staff, nurses and surgical team are equally as impressive. I highly recommend his practice as my experience and outcome was excellent.

Dr McKinlay gave his attention to my concerns and came up with a plan to address the problem. He even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was as expected.

Dr. McKinlay takes the time to get to know your medical history to help in creating a plan to solve your ENT needs. Mine is a persistent cough related to COVID and he is the first doctor I have had that has a solution other than just trying a myriad of drugs!
No long wait times. Tech and Dr. McKinlay were very friendly, and very professional. Procedures were explained well as we proceeded, and RX's were called in to pharmacy in a very timely manner.
Dr. McKinlay has great "bedside manner" and explained everything in detail so I could understand. I never felt rushed and was impressed by his professional knowledge. I will definitely go back to him the next time I need ENT care.

Nice, well organized staff. Short wait times. Assistant was pleasant and efficient in gathering vital signs and relevant medical info. Dr. McKinlay listened well to concerns. He was straightforward and personable to communicate with. He explained procedures and options in an easy to understand manner and genuinely wanted to help. They are at the top of my list for a sleep and ENT medical practice.
