About Aimee Bianchi, MA

June has experience working with many different types of issues such as anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, interpersonal challenges and trauma. June has a passion for helping individuals tap into their self-worth and self-love. She offers her full presence and provides a non-judgmental, safe and supportive space for clients to process emotions. She is a skilled active and attuned listener. She uses evidenced-based tools for nervous system regulation, resourcing, and mindfulness, healing through the here and now connection distress tolerance and empowerment through acknowledging strengths. June is a highly trained and experienced EMDR practitioner which offers relief from trauma. June's ultimate goal is to help individuals find the tools to remember one's wholeness and authentic self.
