Aida was terrific. Personable, pleasant, thorough, etc. She asked all the appropriate question including specifics on how to take prescribed medications. On the down side, the assistant Alex was horrible. Didn’t seem to care aShow morebout whether she was there or not. Set me up for a breathing treatment. Didn’t tell if there was a specific way to breath, normal or deep breathing, how long it would take … nothing. Just walked out. Was breathing so long I spent the last 5 minutes breathing with no vapor. Another assistant finally returned and took me off. If I owned that practice, she would be unemployed post haste.
Aida was professional and kind. Although she couldn't see the issue in my throat, because it was nearly gone, she still advised me to consider returning to the ENT Dr I had seen last year. Also, when a medical call came through, wShow morehich I was also waiting for, Aida attended to another patient. Very kind! (Normally, I have my phone ringer OFF in the office. This was an exception.)

Aida was born and raised in Burbank, California. She attended California Lutheran University, where she graduated cum laude and earned her Bachelor of Science in biological sciences. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree, Aida worked in the emergency room as an ER technician for two years. She continued her education after working in the ER by attending PA school at Marshall B. Ketchum University in Fullerton, California, where she graduated and earned her Master of Medical Science. Through rigorous coursework and practical training, Aida was able to gain invaluable insights that have guided her practice.
Aida remains an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the California Academy of Physician Assistants. She has been committed to staying at the forefront of medical advancements, continually enhancing her skills to best serve her patients.
When not immersed in the world of healthcare, Aida’s hobbies include golfing, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Aida prioritizes building meaningful relationships with her patients and fostering an environment of trust and open communication to deliver personalized and effective care. In addition to her passion for internal medicine, she also has a strong interest in aesthetics.

They used to be good about requiring masks. Now most of the doctors and nurses do not wear high quality respirators, or any mask for that matter. Patients are not required to wear a mask. One nurse was coughing but took my temperature. I want them to understand the importance of reducing airborne illnesses. Masking and true HEPA filters in all rooms would go a long way.
