Ahmad Sprouse, DC, brings more than two decades of experience providing chiropractic care and massage therapy to Integrated Body and Medicine in Hammond, Indiana, serving men, women, and families throughout Lake County.
Dr. Sprouse was born and raised in Gary, Indiana, and is a proud alumnus of Wirt High School. After high school, Dr. Sprouse began his professional education, enrolling at Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana. Dr. Sprouse completed his undergraduate degree at Kaplan University and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois.
As a massage therapist, Dr. Sprouse believes in the healing power of touch. In fact, Dr. Sprouse entered the field of alternative medicine after suffering from chronic back pain himself.
Dr. Sprouse’s welcoming, compassionate demeanor helps his patients feel comfortable and at-ease. He sets aside plenty of time for each appointment and tailors treatment to each patients’ individual symptoms and concerns.

Awesome care and awesome staff! I have been on my treatment plan for a couples weeks and everytime I visit it's a great experience. The staff, all are amazing, helpful and kind. They all have great personalities It's a great atmosphere and im healing well.

The office was very clean. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. Dr) took her time with me to explain in detail everything that we will be working on. I believe things are gonna work out very well for me.
I was very impressed from the moment I made the appointment, stepped into the office, and met with the NP & then with Dr Sprouse. He went over my X-rays very throughly, did an adjustment and gave me excellent advise on my back problems. Looking forward to more relief with future appointments!

Everyone was so kind and helpful. Michelle explained everything very well and was relatable. I saw a NP she was nice. The PT doctor was awesome. If this place was closer to my home I might consider using their services. Recommend treatment was expensive as it is not covered by insurance. Too bad!
