Went there because my daughter’s throat had been hurting and a headache.Doctor claimed to infection and gave us ibuprofen and syrup.3days pass and my daughters throat hurt so bad she couldn’t open her mouth,infection swelled up her left side of her jawline, went back and finally got her antibiotics and she getting better. She clearly had an infection and it would have been nice if she got the antibiotics the first visit.I was able to see her throat was red and infected so it’s pretty frustrating

Nurse Adebisi was cordial but unable to identify the welts on my skin which were red, itchy, and multiplying. I saw pictures on the Internet which resembled the welts but we're diagnosed as scabies. I could not identify how I could have been infected and needed both a diagnosis and remedy, which required a prescription to cure scabies. Nurse Adebisi did send a prescription for 5% Permethrin cream. I showered and immediately applied cream as directed. The itching and redness went away overnight. While I do not have diagnosis, it seems like the medicine has worked, thanks to Nurse Adebisi.
I checked in, paid my copay and waited a little while. When I was called in, it was very clean and calming, I was treated so well, very professional. My doctor was very caring, she diagnosed me correctly, because it’s the next day and my problem is visibly better. I’m so glad I went to Apple Urgent Care. I will go back when I need urgent care.
She was great.. only complaint I had was the room that they placed me in was too darn cold!
Went in with a flare up of my Diverticulitis. This is something I have been treated for many times including at Apple urgent care. The treatment being a prescription of antibiotics. The doctor at this visit said she would not be able to provide any treatment until I got an abdominal scan - I could get one at the hospital. THAT WAS IT! No exam, no treatment, less than a minute with her. 10 years with this problem, 5-6 different doctors and no one ever said it required a scan to be treated. Never seen a doctor less interested in gaining info from a patient. Ridiculous
