I agreed to try therapy as treatment for my weak pelvic floor condition, but admittedly very skeptical it would help my condition. I’ve now completed 4 therapy sessions, and can happily say that my condition has greatly improved.Show more I’ve been dealing with discomfort for approximately a year now and my therapist “Addison” is amazing and I’m grateful she does what she does. My only regret is not starting the treatment sooner.

About Addison Nothnagel, PT, DPT

Addison received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Studies from Ithaca College. Addison has had prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, pelvic health, and pediatrics through her clinical rotations. During her pelvic health clinical rotation she gained interest in the speciality and has enjoyed combining her knowledge to treat her patients with a full body approach. Addison grew up in the mountains of Colorado and was a competitive gymnast. She is very passionate about staying active and strives to get her patients back to doing what they love! Outside of work Addison likes to ski, workout, run, play pickleball, paddle board, and read.

Addison is my physical therapist at N2 Physical Therapy. She is excellent in so many ways. She listened to me regarding my concerns with kindness and respect.
