Adara really takes the time to get to know her patients and offer an individual approach to really listen to her patients and to bring an open mind along with her years of experience. She was not quick to medicate or over medicate, listened to my concerns with medication and always showed a genuine care for what she does. I highly recommend using this practice!

She is absolutely lovely! I had so many questions and she was so patient with me. She helped me get straight to the root cause of my current situation and I feel I have the most direction in years when doctors have gaslighted me into thinking everything is fine. I feel very hopeful after my initial appointment and assessment with her and highly recommend her. If you want someone who is genuine and actually cares about your health with their heart, Adara is the one.

Adara really goes above and beyond! She really takes the time to listen and truly understand what’s going on, patterns, life situations etc before even opening up the conversation of medication. Her experience in apparent at every turn and she has such a great personality that is both welcoming to make her patients feel extra comfortable as well as very professional with the confidence and knowledge that left me feeling very safe and encouraged.
