About Abby Dow

Abby is a physical therapist assistant with clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics and skilled nursing. Abby graduated in May 2023 from Northern Virginia Community College with a Physical Therapist Assistant major. While attending NOVA’s PTA program full-time, Abby worked as a physical therapy exercise technician at outpatient orthopedic clinics around the Northern Virginia area. Abby has her Bachelors's in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems and Cyber Security from Longwood University.

Since joining Results, she has expanded her repertoire of therapeutic exercises and evidence-based practice. Abby joined the Results Physical Therapy team after excelling in her 3rd clinical rotation with Results physical therapist assistant Kayla Clancy as her clinical instructor. During her time at Results, she has expanded her repertoire of therapeutic exercises and evidence-based practice.

Abby’s future plans are to pursue her PTA Specialty Certification in Orthopedics. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, playing with her 2 dogs, and spending time with her family.
