Dr. Ghorbani is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He completed three years of additional training at the University of Pittsburgh with a specialization in prosthodontics and dental implants.

He continued his education in surgical and restoration of dental implants at the Misch International Implant Institute. Among many continuing education has been taking are graduate of two years training in orthodontics at progressive orthodontics seminars, graduated from a master’s program in Orthodontics in Germany, graduated from the Prestigious Kois Center, and taken many classes at the Klinghardt Academy. Dr. Ghorbani is a board-certified biological dentist by both the International Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine and the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology.

On top of his many achievements, Dr. Ghorbani maintains affiliations with the International Association of Orthodontics (IAO), International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT), International Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine (IABDM), and the American College of Prosthodontists (ACP).

Philip Mui, DMD, MS, is a skilled prosthodontist practicing at Advanced Care Dentistry in Woodinville, Washington. 

Dr. Mui attended Case Western University for dental school and was awarded the prestigious American College of Prosthodontics Award for prosthodontic achievement. He then completed a three-year prosthodontic residency at the University of Maryland, focusing on complex dentofacial rehabilitations, and completed his master's research on dental implant cellular adhesion. 

During his residency, he treated a wide array of patients, including edentulous patients with highly resorbed ridges, fixed full mouth reconstructions, rehabilitation of orthognathic surgery patients, and those who needed maxillofacial prostheses. He also received training in pre-prosthetic surgery, dental implant surgery, full mouth extractions, and gum recontouring. 

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Mui enjoys playing racket sports and weightlifting. In the past, he has coached high school boys tennis, teaching at a country club, and given private tennis lessons. Dr. Mui enjoys being active, whether it is hiking, snowboarding, or just throwing around a football.

Dr. Nodesh Shyamsunder, BDS, is a skilled prosthodontist at Beaches Dentistry - Prosthodontics & Orthodontics in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. He is a passionate provider focused on helping patients achieve their goals and giving them the confidence and quality of life they deserve.

Raised in Bangalore, India, Dr. Nodesh attended SDM College of Dental Sciences. He rounded out his education with an oral and maxillofacial prosthetics fellowship at the University of Illinois. He also holds certificates in clinical research and prosthodontics.

Dr. Nodesh’s background as a researcher, with many published articles in peer-reviewed journals, allows him to critically evaluate and implement new materials to customize care for his patients.

Dr. Nodesh has maintained active roles in research and education in the dental field. He has been an adjunct faculty member for the American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons at the Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, a lecturer at the Florida Prosthodontic Association meeting, and a lecturer and hands-on trainer to general dentists in Miami. He has enjoyed volunteering at the Smile Train project — an organization that helps treat and care for children with cleft lip and palate.

Together with his wife, he moved to Florida in 2011 and has called it home ever since. He enjoys traveling to new places, experiencing new cultures, and trying diverse cuisines. 

In his free time, Dr. Nodesh enjoys working out, playing sports such as soccer and beach volleyball, DSLR photography, and hiking. His favorite food is biryani, a popular rice-based dish from India - he would do anything to get a good plate of it.

Andrew Boyd, DDS, is a skilled restorative and implant dentist practicing at Drs. Boyd P.C. in the Midtown East neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City.

Dr. Andrew graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007 with a BA in Psychology. He received his DDS degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in 2011, where he was awarded many clinical and academic honors and was also Student Government President. After dental school, he completed a one-year general practice residency at the Midtown Manhattan VA Hospital, followed by three years of advanced specialty training in prosthodontics. In his final year, he was elected chief resident by his professors and peers.

“Dr. Ned” graduated cum laude from Harvard University in 1996, concentrating in classics — Latin. He then taught Latin at Trinity School, his high school alma mater, for one year. He received his DDS degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in 2001, where he was editor-in-chief of the Columbia Dental Review. In 2004, he completed his advanced specialty training in prosthodontics at NYU College of Dentistry. Since then, he has been practicing full-time at Drs. Boyd P.C. and has taught dentistry at Columbia and NYU.

Dr. Ned believes that his academic and clinical education, combined with the apprenticeship nature of his family’s practice, has provided him with the high level of skill needed to care for our patients’ complex dental needs. He lives in midtown Manhattan with his wife, Christina, and his children, Nate (Norman IV) and Alexandra. Christina is an endodontist in New York City.

“Dr. Norman” graduated from Lafayette College in 1964 with a degree in physics. He then attended the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, where he received his DDS degree in 1968. For the next two years, Dr. Norman served as a captain in the U.S. Air Force Dental Corps, stationed in Biloxi, Mississippi. He received his advanced specialty training in prosthodontics at NYU College of Dentistry. He has taught at Columbia for many years in the Division of Prosthodontics. Dr. Norman lives and breathes dentistry and has dedicated his career to helping patients and teaching the next generation of dentists.

Dr. Norman and his wife, Julianne, have three children named Sarah, Ned (Norman III) and Emily. Julianne is the artistic director of the Barrington Stage Company in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
