What a great experience - on a Monday morning, no less! My head cold turned worse the night before and I woke up needing medical help. I called and learned they were booked with appointments, but I could come as a walk-in, which to me meant hours of waiting. But, I was desperate and had heard good things about Williamsburg Urgent Care so I went. I was seen and given a prescription within about 90 minutes! All of the staff were friendly and the doctor really listened. Thank you, thank you! Read less

My son and I were from out of town and not feeling well. We probably waited about 30 minutes to get called back. During these 30 minutes I was filling out paperwork needed. The staff was very nice and listened to all of my concerns. It’s the fastest I have ever been in and out of an urgent care before. The facility was nice also. My meds were called in and I was able to get them from a local pharmacy within the next hour of being seen. Read less
