As a walk-in, I expected to wait several hours to see a doctor. I only waited 20 minutes. Every person I encountered treated me with kindness and companion. The doctor‘s diagnosis was spot on. Within an hour of taking the prescribed medication I was feeling better and by the next morning I was a new man. I am forever indebted to Williamsburg urgent care. With our healthcare system failing us, it is a relief to find an office still engaged in the highest quality of care! Read less

From the time I walked in the door until I left, my experience was wonderful! The receptionist was so kind and friendly. I didn't have to wait long to first see a nurse. She was very helpful and nice too. Then I saw Dr. Deans who was amazing. She explained what she was going to do and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.
