The folks at Weight Loss MD in Colorado Springs are incredibly kind and professional, especially Ivon. She explains everything in a way you can understand and really takes her time to help me through challenges. This is someone who takes her job seriously, and truly cares about her patients. So far on Wegovy, I have lost 63 pounds and all my vitals are very healthy, and much of this is due to Ivon’s professionalism, desire to keep me educated, and encouragement. Read less

I have no issues with the associate's, it’s the inconvenience of Saturday closures. Clients like myself who travel two plus hours have to take a full day off work during the week to receive my treatment. Due to this I was unable to receive treatment I had paid for because they expired. This is what I was told by the receptionist. I would like to ask, is the office ever going back to opening Saturday’s? Read less
