He listens to you! He gives you his best idea of what your ailment could be, presents you with your options, and then asks you how you want to proceed. He doesn't try to make you do anything your not comfortable with. He may say, "this is what I recommend", but the decision is yours. He listens. I've been to others and sometimes felt like a kids science experiment. "Ooh, let's try this!" He never does that. He's always very professional and makes me feel confident in his decisions. Read less

First time visiting this office as I already have a PCP but did not have time to get to the office in Springfield. I was beyond impressed with the service received and the office itself. Perfect location, spotless and everyone I encountered was friendly! Dr. Lori seemed to be genuinely concerned sand acted as quickly as possible to help my situation. For my sake I hope I never have to return, but if something goes wrong, I’ll definitely be using them again! Stay away from other urgent cares! Read less
