Dr. Rose earned his medical degree at the University of Texas, Galveston where he finished first in his class. He went on to complete at General Surgery Residency at UCLA Medical Center; a Plastic Surgery Residency at Stanford University Medical Center; and a Microsurgery Fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco.
