Dr. Lo is personable & friendly while being professional and knowledgeable. He really listens to you while assessing the needed treatments &/or procedures. A downside or two of going to him: his office is very busy and the waiting area is quite small. However, overall, I would choose him again if/when GI help is needed in the future. Read less
