Physician Patricia Wilcox, MD, is the founder and Medical Director of Sanger Avenue Medical Aesthetics in Waco, Texas. Nearly 20 years ago, Dr. Wilcox recognized a growing need for high-quality medicalgrade skincare and aesthetic services in her community, inspiring her to establish a practice dedicated to delivering safe, effective, and results-driven care. Dr. Wilcox brings nearly 30 years of experience as a physician to her role, personally performing all injectable services, hormone replacement therapy, and the MonaLisa Touch procedure. Her practice also offers a wide range of advanced treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, laser hair reduction, and vaginal revitalization, ensuring clients have access to the latest innovations in medical aesthetics. A proud Baylor University alumna, Dr. Wilcox earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology before pursuing her medical degree at McGovern Medical School (formerly the University of Texas Medical School in Houston). She completed her residency in family medicine at the Waco Family Health Center (formerly the Family Practice Center), where she laid the foundation for her patient-first philosophy. Dr. Wilcox is board-certified in both Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine, allowing her to address a wide range of patient concerns with skill and compassion.
Dr. Wilcox’s commitment to excellence extends beyond her practice. She is an active member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, the Obesity Medicine Association, and the Texas Medical Association.
