Restful Solutions is a holistic, patient-centered sleep medicine and pulmonology practice in Duanesburg, New York. Highly skilled nurse practitioner Jodi Conlan, NP-C, and our team care for adult men and women, tailoring treatment plans to their specific needs and addressing concerns during in-person or telemedicine appointments.

We are mindful that sometimes conventional medicine requires a holistic, collaborative approach to optimizing patient wellness. Our team takes time to listen to patients’ concerns, collaboratively working together to achieve their health goals.

Our team uses evidence-based diagnostics and therapies, including WatchPAT®️ devices by Zoll®️ Itamar®️ for home sleep testing, CPAP and BIPAP therapy, and other advanced technologies and therapeutics that maximize sleep quality. 

Our state-of-the-art practice offers convenient telehealth options for residents in the state of New York, online patient scheduling through Tebra Care Connect, an online patient portal, and much more.   

Our team offers DMV safe driving clearance for patients with sleep disorders, respiratory care for asthma, emphysema, and COPD, and respiratory and sleep medication prescriptions. We also provide radiology, lab work, durable medical supplies and equipment, supplemental oxygen therapy, and nebulizer equipment. Other treatment solutions include sleep positional therapy, weight management, behavioral modification, oral appliances, and minor surgical interventions. 

Our exceptional staff treats excessive daytime sleepiness, insomnia, sleep apnea, sleep-related movement disorders, and other sleep-related conditions. 

You can reach our office Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Our office contains a private one-room space equipped with a private, handicap-accessible, gender-neutral bathroom.
