I found the life skills group to be surprisingly helpful. Hearing about life with ADHD from my peers rather than a professional taught me many valuable lessons that I use every day. Dr. Berling has been there with me every step of the way. He has always been available to answer my questions and he actually listens to me when I talk. With PFHL I feel like a person, not a patient.
