Kavita Lohano, PA-C and Family Nurse Practitioner Taylor Thomas, provide exceptional urgent care, chronic disease management, preventive care, infant and pediatric care, and senior care. The team provides care for urgent issues such as flu symptoms, insect bites, sports injuries, and urinary tract infections in a timely and efficient manner. Premier Primary Care offers management for chronic conditions, including diabetes, congestive heart failure, COPD, and hypertension, as well as regular checkups, medication management, vaccinations, care coordination with other specialists, and disease education.
