My son was involved in an incident and his lip needed to be repaired. The emergency room doctors could not fix it, so Dr. Figlia was contacted and arrived shortly after. He was very nice, gentle and explained everything step by step. He assured us that he would take care of my son and let me tell you (HE DID). He spoke with my 8-year-old son and made him feel comfortable while explaining what was going to happen next. He did an amazing job repairing my son's lip and it is healing very well. Read less
