Meet Dr. Katherine Park, DMD

Dr. Katherine Park is a skilled, compassionate orthodontist in New York City, dedicated to helping her patients achieve better oral health and more beautiful smiles. She offers her patients a wide array of care and treatment options based on their individual needs and treatment objectives, including traditional braces, Invisalign® clear plastic aligners, Incognito® lingual braces, and jaw surgery for more complex cases involving significant alignment and occlusion problems.

Dedicated to ensuring each patient receive the best, most appropriate and more effective care, Dr. Park offers consultations for braces, Invisalign and orthodontic care in general, helping every patient understand their unique issues as well as the treatment options they have so they can make an informed and educated decision about their care. She believes in establishing open communication right from the beginning of treatment, so every patient can take an active role in his or her care and treatment.

Dr. Park is skilled in both adult and children's orthodontics, including interventional orthodontic care including dentofacial orthopedics aimed at helping to correct issues in early childhood so patients can reduce the time they'll need to wear braces or, in some cases, eliminate the need for braces all together.

Dr. Park earned her DMD at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and completed her orthodontic training at Montefiore Medical Center, where she was named chief resident.

When not treating patients at Park Orthodontics, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, as well as reading. Science fiction is a favorite genre.
