Led by fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon Christopher Oguayo, MD, our medical team takes a patient-centered approach to managing conditions that cause chronic pain in the knee, hand, and elbow joints.
Dr. Oguayo earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas/Ft. Worth. He advanced his training at the University of Miami/Jackson Health System in Florida during a fellowship in hand surgery.
Dr. Oguayo is active in the local medical community and the Texas Medical Association. He continues his education and training with professional organizations, including the American Medical Association (AMA), the American Association for Hand Surgery (AAHS), and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS).
As an expert in hand and upper extremities, Dr. Oguayo specializes in the treatment of trigger finger, Dupuytren’s disease, and other chronic hand deformities. Our services also include nonsurgical therapies and minimally invasive surgery to relieve carpal tunnel syndrome pain, repair fractures, and manage the progressive symptoms of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
