I have had Norwood medical associates as my primary care for over 23 years between Doctor Gowda and Stephanie Gill. I have always received exceptional care and above standard professional treatment.
Dr Gowda clearly understands my medical history, age and treatment needs.
DR. Gowda was timely answered any questions I had. She is a very thorough Dr. She also makes recommendations and makes sure that you are up to date with anything that has to be done. She takes the time to explain things as well. I am a fairly new patient, but I am very Happy with Dr. Gowda.

She told me I made her overwhelmed and I should get out of her office and find another dr. When I ask if she is my dr how can she be overwhelmed with my issue , she stated she is not a dr only an np. I made complaint at the desk and was told I had issues with the other provider. She also made false statements that I was talking about the receptionist . The receptionist did not talk to me or communicate with me. I had my partner check me in. The Np told the front desk I was talking about receptionist that’s why she was upset. The np did not greet me she went to her laptop and ask me two questions and proceeded to leave. I aske her about my meds ,she state she would do it at her desk and that I should let her know if insurance cover my meds so she don’t waste time.

there are lot room for improvement wrt attaining patient call and or checking patients in office, which we had highlighted earlier, but it seems there is no change
